There was a time when Microsoft was keeping PCs and phones in sync, so every new build that was released on one was also shipped to the other, as the company planned to bring the same features and experience across all of its devices.
Times have changed though and Windows phones are no longer a priority for the software giant, so the latest build released to insiders brings nothing new, but only a bunch of improvements and bug fixes whose purpose is to keep the platform alive.
Already in maintenance mode, Windows 10 Mobile is getting little to no attention from Microsoft, and build 15213 is living proof. While PCs are already at build 16193 and getting substantial improvements, phones need to stick with a rather small number of fixes and a couple of known issues that you can check in the box after the jump.
