First Lumia device running Snapdragon 820 leaks in Benchmark data
Microsoft is already testing Lumia prototypes based on Qualcomm’ latest Snapdragon 820 processor. Now some evidence crops up on GFXBench in form of a latest entry of a device named “HP Falcon”. The name may be misleading as we don’t have any news about HP bringing its own Windows 10 Mobile smartphone ever.
However what we are interested in is the fact it has the Snapdragon 820 as the processor and Adreno 530 as the GPU. The device seems to have a 20 MP rear and 12 MP FFC (Cool!!). It will also pack a 5.8-inch, 2560 x 1440 display. Though display resolution may change later as what we are looking at is one of the first prototypes of the device. Similarly the RAM and storage shown are usually not the actual but available at time of testing.
Microsoft is also testing a Flagship device based on upcoming Intel chip and these two devices nay be destined for a Q3 2016 launch, but such plans can change in long run.
