OneNote is a popular app made by Microsoft which act as a cross-platform note taking app. It’s already available for Windows , Android, iOS, Web. While the app is already eÂ feature sufficientÂ but according toÂ OneNote Program Manager LeadÂ William Devereux, more features are coming. Some of those are already available in the First ring.

If you select ” Experimental Features ” under Settings > Options inside the app then you will see the redesigned UI of the app just like the picture on this post. The ” Top Community Requests ” which are now available are –
- A refreshed user interface
- The ability to hide page previews in the Notebook view
- The ability to hide spelling error lines
- An easier way to hide the navigation sidebar on tablets, increasing the area available for inking
- A more visible toggle for enabling full-screen drawings
Microsoft is aiming to bring feature parityÂ between the OneNote with Office 365 and the Windows 10Â UWP app. But still some important features are missing. Like Ink to text/math , opening of local .one files etc.
